It depends. If you plan on buying the base and your partner only uses it during your own collabs then only credit is needed from whoever post the final image. However if your partner wants to use the base for themselves (not doing a collab) then I would appreciate you not sharing the file and telling them to buy them base themselves.

So its okay if say I went to a friends house and we collab'd on the base but I don't own it yet? I lined and she colored... so if she posts it and then I buy the base with the money from it would that be okay?
And would it be okay if say she lined and a friend of ours colors her lines? [So it wouldn't be the base itself cause she merges her layers] We just really wanna make sure cause we don't want to step on toes or do something wrong that makes ya mad at us.

For the first one, if she owns the base and doesn't share it with you for your own use but you use the profits from the collabs to buy it for your own use (Keeping your friend sharing it so you both in the end have the base) then yes that's fine.
For the second one yes that's fine. And if your friend wants the base for herself she can buy the base on her own.
The main thing I want to avoid is people sharing the base around since that takes away profit from me while others who got it off someone else for free are able to make profit off it.

Right. I understand that. I plan on buying the base after we earn the money from the collab. KurosuAi Β is the friend that has the base. But we were planning on posting it on our collab account Kikuko-Keika Β just so you know its not some random thief or anything using your base. ^w^
