Description
This is my character Liu Ge-Yi's office in my series Sunshine Through the Willow Tree.
I recreated the major steps taken to design this set. Doing so reminded me of just how insane this past week has been. I'm not trying to talk myself down, but there are times I don't find any point in the things I do. Perhaps the process was so frustrating that it somewhat overshadowed the fulfillment. I often foster more self doubt and anxiety the more I push myself, but I genuinely want people to understand that art is 99% hard work, pain and drive plus 1% talent. Nothing worthwhile comes easily, many people sacrifice much to create, many people sacrifice even more to stay creating. In a world where all of your effort may just be completely buried by mindless content, it is courageous to keep creating.
