It is stereotypical.Russia in reality didn't even have intention to invade any countries nearby since they don't have the power to do so,it's just those medias or stereotypes that makes em worse.I really hate games/movies with usual "Russians are the bad guys" "Russia invades USA or Europe" those having them aren't so damn creative,they could've come up with other enemies,at least China,Iran,etc.
