Taking a different look, this could be another option for the future, specifically a traumatized, more scared version of March that prefers machine over man. Arm still powered off of living beings' souls, this time she tricks the subjects and poisons them- preferring smaller targets like people, and animals. NOT dragons. Super pale from living in dwarven ruins and befriending machines readily. Sometimes heads to the surface to hunt or scavenge. She's resourceful, good with tech now, but hates social situations- refusing eye contact, hardly talking, and trying to leave as soon as available. The only use of the gem from her amulet is powering her arm- she no longer opens portals.
