If you did not create the picture being used in your demotivational poster, you are required by deivnatart to receive in writing the expressed written consent to use other work.
Please take a moment to re-review the rules, you can do so by clicking on the following:

I'd like to say this: You said that if you aren't posting a picture for profit, then you don't need permission. I don't use any of my pictures for profit, so why do I? If you are able to do that, then why can't I?

Because I create the art I submit, you're using stuff you find online.

Exactly my point, you're not making anything, you find pictures online and use a generator to place text and a boarder around images you find. You're not taking a picture, you're not even opening a program to do any manipulation or tweaking or editing.
That's not to say that you can't continue what you're doing, but what you're doing is against the rules of Deviantart. By submitting art here you are expressly claiming that it's yours (that's the little check box you agree too when you upload it) or certify that you have the right to post your creation. The rules very clearly state that you are required to have the permission to use others work in your deviations (be it that you purchased stock artwork / are using creative commons material / have the permission of the person or company that owns the work you are using).

I'm very sorry if I have sounded mean at all when speaking to you. I'm not trying to make this a big deal at all, and I'm sorry if I have made it seem like that. Are you suggesting I should delete my deviations? Also, you said in another comment that you didn't need to give credit to a company or anyone because you weren't using what you drew for profit. Does this mean if someone draws something, they don't need a disclaimer?

According to the rules, if you were to redraw the images in any form (ie pencil - paint - ink or recreate with photoshop) they are your images, you just used a real image as a point of reference. I also do not see a need to delete your deviations (I would just place them in scraps as they won't lose their comments, or views).
When it comes to giving credit, you're only required to if someone has uploaded it with a creative commons license and would like to see what you did with it, using a company's logo or branding for the purpose of creating something falls under 'fair use' laws and protects you as long as you don't intend to use what you created to compete with the company or their products.
No worries on the sounding mean, you felt attacked and you defended yourself, I respect that.
