I like vectors yes I do; I like vectors, how 'bout you?Havin' fun with the AMAZING Adobe CC suite at work. This is literally what I did on my hour lunch break. Such a productive day.
These might make cute smaller icons if I could only figure out how to pixelize a vector...
All was created in Adobe Illustrator, and animated in Photoshop.

You can, but I just adjust the image size and then re-outline the pixeled areas that I want to make pop c:
