thanks , I just started, and working on learning to add sss texture in poser and daz plugins.will need help on adding steel to a mix material
like mat-1=glossy mat-2=?? specular? to make the original texture look like steel? lol. one day I get it

Did you try setting the surface to a simple glossy material while increasing the specular to 1.0, reducing the index to 1.0 and lowering the roughness to 0.005 to give the surface a more metallic sheen?
