Maybe it happened after that. Even if that is a picture of Spitfire just like where that pic is taken from or Trixie's letters to Twilight from the fic itself. It shows that she is ready to let go of her past now that she is with Twi.
PS. If the former scenario is chosen then that means Trixie is cheating on Twilight though. Not something I want to happen on the fic itself but it is possible.
