Very interesting looking creature! 
I think I know what he is, a hexadragon. IΒ΄m not sure do they 'exist', at least I think IΒ΄ve heard of hexadragons. I remeber, hardly, but somehow that I had planned sometime that IΒ΄ll draw one. *shurgs*
But back to the pic. The colouring is very nice, I really like those lights and shades. The rock looks very good but somethin bothers me in the water. I donΒ΄t know actually what it is, but I can guess that maybe adding a little more life on it might help.
Anyways, the pic is awesome, I could never reach a result like that. Great job!
