Yes and no. The game comes with three major physics problems. One is the way the characters fall when killed. They tend to twist to the ground in a strange spiral that doesn't look like a person falling at all. I fixed that with a mod that removes the spinning death animations. Next is the characters reaction to force. The game comes from Bethesda with characters getting blasted across rooms or over cliffs by the force of an arrow striking them, or a blow from a two-handed weapon. I added a realistic rag doll mod that makes a person's reaction to impact look more natural. And finally, dead people had no substance, so other characters would pass right through them. Another mod fixed that problem so the dead have substance and can be moved by other characters, animals, etc.

It sounds like you modded the hell out of this game.  I have been looking for a very long time for a game that has convincing ragdoll physics for a female character.  The hitman series came close, and also Tomb Raider, Angel of Darkness.  However the models in these games are frustratingly simple.  One of the things that annoys me about otherwise beautiful games like Soul Calibur and Dead or Alive, is that the characters fall into set positions, however they are taken down.

Anyway it seems like you are having great fun with this Pantyhose Princess.  This is how I started, in Guild Wars, the Sims, The Movies, before I found my home in Daz Studio.  I hope you will make the same leap at some point as I know you would be able to handle it.  I don't know if you have been watching the recent work by perilsofdawn but here is an example of someone who has progressed from commissioning me to illustrate their character, to making the illustrations themselves.  If you have a vision of what you want to see, you can make it in Daz.  The technical skills are just a hurdle to overcome.
