Oh, you mean making one of those iPod things? If you have Photoshop, it doesn't take very long. If you get a picture of the character, put it on Photoshop, and open another layer, you can use the second layer to outline it in all black and then fill it in, then you can erase the background layer and fill it with a color instead. And draw in an iPod, I guess... I'm awful at explaining xD
