Notes:

-Well… this took a long time to finish, especially in drawing Monsterkind’s home on the surface… Obviously some of the layout and buildings is ripped straight from Deltarune’s light world.

-There are a lot of cameos from both Undertale and Deltarune. I replicated some of the UT/DR sprites in the art by copying their original sprites ripped at Spriters Resource. Some of the background characters may have been modified from their original sprites. Same for some of the buildings. See here for comparison .

-I like to think that monsters are able to bring some of the structures in the underground onto the surface. Probably able to do so with magic.

-The panel where Asriel and Chara are running towards Toriel’s home is actually from the Undertale Art Book.

-As you can see, the unknown Holiday mother is queen of Monsterkind. Except we don't know what she really looks like officially by the time of this writing so I took my best guess on her appearance if she were a queen.

-Yes I know, Post Timeskip Frisk looks like that Gregory kid from the FNAF Securuty Breach game. That was unintentional when I designed my older version of Frisk at the time.

-Flowey's "leaf legs" are inspired by the sunflowers from the Plants vs Zombies games.

-Not exactly a note but if you’ve been following this comic for a while, I want to thank you for sticking around to the very end. Its been quite the challenge for me making a full fledged Undertale comic, especially since I don’t consider myself to be a very good artist. As for what’s next? I intend for this comic to be the launch of this AU. I have plans for the 1st chapter…but we’ll see if this AU goes anywhere or not…
-EDIT: Changed the Royal Guard duo to match their canon colors as seen in Deltarune. Apparently the Tarrot Card colors I initially gave em were the wrong ones. I also changed the uniforms of the guards because I felt that having them around in knight armor looks out of place in a modern setting. These uniforms I designed before I got into undertale but I remember taking inspiration from the flak jackets of the Naruto anime.

-EDIT 2: Removed the mechs in favor of robot ducks like the one you could potentially make in Deltarune Chapter 1. I do plan to reintroduce proper mechs at a later point in the story.
