ckin' Sharp.Anywho, t'was concieved while watching Tangled! You know that part where she and Flynn venture into town and dance and play with the townspeople and Rapunzel lays down some mad chalk-drawing skillz with the kiddies like the born-to-be-leader she is? This is Deryn doing that. 'Cause she married Alek. Which would make history.
I admit I took some shortcuts through Photoshop with the cobblestones and overall it's a bit sloppier than I would've liked, but after I sneezed all over my desk--and this drawing included--whilst simultaneously trying to eat a goddamn cherry, I kind of lost the will to carry on.
It was hilarious and gross but also sad.

MORE cute? I quite enjoy the Tangled reference. The colours, also (as usual) are fantastic. The narwhal is awesome as well. Because, you know, fucking NARWHALS.

I love it! It's so lovely (and pretty, and great and all the other complimentary adjectives I overuse lol) 
Seeing Deryn like this makes me think she would make an awesome art teacher. You know, one of the interesting and overly energetic ones (those are my favorites lol).
And, this may seem kinda petty but I thought I'd mention it because idk if you noticed, you changed the sides the kids are on between the first and second panel. Totally not a big deal though, I just thought I'd tell you

I'm not going to say that I was drooling over how pretty freaking awesome this picture is -- but this is pretty freaking awesome.
Also, chalk art is fairly fantastic. Some kids in my dorm at school have covered all the bricks around their doorway with it.
