This is Seiko's finale, "Infinite". She draws power from the entire universe and borrows power from her grandmother, making her power practically infinite. So immense that not even the dimension's god can read their power.
Although Seiko can achieve this power in grave situations, she does not know the power she truly wields. Hikari and Rianse will not teach her, for fear that realizing her true potential will banish her from the universe, due to breaking its laws.
