Description
Cole MacGrath, the once Patriot Saint of New Marais is now the galaxies newest defender. After he scrificed himself for humanity, his body was picked up by an unknown stranger. Later on, he is revived, from the dead. Thanks to an alien race known as Astrians, they used their own blood, injected it into Cole's body and reactivated his body. The once powerful Conduit, has become another halfbreed (Human + Astrian)

Returning, from the dead, Cole had awakened to find himself on a planet known as Salvation. There, Cole meets the defenders of the galaxy, known as the Fighter Force. He learns of their origin, their purpose for living and the reason why they do their job. Cole is then trained to become a Fighter Force member. Later on, in the story, Cole grows close to one of the Fighter Force members named Feminine Dazzler. As they grow close, the two are eventually given a child that they name Ethan.

As you can see, in this scene, Cole and Ethan are having a bit of conflict.
