Commission for the always amazing

Crystal guro is something I've wanted to do for a while, and good ol' Dess gave me a great opportunity to experiment with it while still making something cute and PG. This was actually an idea I threw at them-- Being that Édessé is a dragon made of candy, I thought the concept of her being wrapped around a stick with rock candy on their skin might be cute-- and Dess was kind enough to commission me to bring that concept to life. On top of that, I got to do another digital painting. I feel like I only get to do one of those maybe three times a year, which is a shame. They're fun, don't get me wrong, they're just super time consuming, as I'm one of those people who color-picks like a madman to get tones right. Oh well, might have to do more digital paintings in the future to crank these types of things out faster without looking rushed. That's the goal, anyway.
