I actually completed this one in late May, according to my twitter post of this, but it never ended up here for some reason? Mea culpa, I'm just a forgetful little lad.
Much like other refs for Anri, I didn't design this character... not entirely. I was told to change her shoes to stilletto heels, give her tights, and adjust her airstyle, but I can't take credit for the rest of her. She's a cutie patootie, though! I'm always a sucker for the school uniform aesthetic, especially when it's mixed with a punk-ish feel, and I love, love, love her palette.
