So Zarifa is now a full time character for my LoZ: Trail of Memories story and she is will be a supporting character in the story. :3

Personal History: Zarifa was never an average Gerudo, and even as a young girl she had a hard time fitting into her community. While all the other girls would gush over who was starting their training next she was just trying to stop herself from hyperventilating at the thought of swords and glaives. Her only sanctuary was her mother who tried to be understanding to her daughter's problems.

Following the start of her training her issues only got worst as her fear of weapons kept her from putting her whole heart into combat training. Despite her failure in weapon and combat training she excelled in stealth and acrobatics which gave her mother hope that she could have a proper place in the Fortress. In secret, Zarifa discovered her magical talent, fearing that she would wind up like the dark magic users of her people she decided to hide it from everyone including her mother.

As an adult Zarifa decided to use her greatest skill to her advantage and left her mother and the other Gerudo to find work where she could. She managed to learn a few tricks during a her stay with a traveling circus and she began working as a entertainer of sorts and would only steal when she truly needed to. During her travels Zarifa has seen the chaos that Hyrule has become and she can sense that a change is coming but she is frightened to see where it will lead her.
