I like how you always succeed to convey character in your works... All of them radiate personality, this one included. You can instantly feel her strong, bold and quick-witted nature. All in all, she's gorgeous! Love her smirk and hair, it's so flowy and alive. And, red.

I am really glad that you like her! I wanted to put a face to Aurora Bones seeing as I hadn't done it yet.
I've considered doing series of pictures like this,one for each of the main characters. I just need to figure out how to pose the others.

That would be a great way to introduce them visually. If it's hard to think up a pose from scratch, look through some references.
I recall you saying that Aurora Bones was somewhat based off of a cousin of yours. Was she also a model of the face?

yes, i agree. Each character needs to have their portrait reflect their personality or something to that degree. Example: I think Flint will be at least holding a map or something etc...
I did roughly base Bones' face off of my cousin for this image. Back when she and I made "The Island Curse" she played the part of Aurora Bones. We always use to laugh about that movie back in the day because in the film she wore a red wig and I wore a black wig, when in truth I am the one with Red hair and she is the one with Black.
