Concept: PAPYRUS'S VERY COOL DIARY OR JOURNAL Or BOOK??! [VERY PRIVATE]: SOMETHING HAS BEEN VERY OFF WITH SANS THESE FEW WEEKS... HE'S SUDDENLY STARTED HAVING HIS HOOD ON AND ACTUALLY ZIPPING UP HIS JACKET! HE EVEN PUT ON HIS SHOES THAT HE HASN'T WORN IN AGES! I USUALLY WOULDN'T TAKE OFFENSE TO THIS DESPITE BEING A BIT OUT OF CHARACTER FOR HIM BUT THE WAY HE HAS BEEN ACTING IS SERIOUSLY UNUSUAL OF HIM! HE HAS STOPPED ENTIRELY WITH HIS USUAL BANTER AND INSTEAD GONE INTO THESE RANTS ABOUT WANTING TO MURDER... "THAT HUMAN", HE HAS ALSO BEEN ALOT MORE AGRESSIVE AND LEGITIMATELY ALMOST KILLED UNDYNE! IT'S LIKE HE IS IN HIS OWN WORLD AND I AM VERY WORRIED FOR HIM BUT I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT I CAN ACTUALLY DO TO HELP. FOR NOW HOWEVER I CANNOT LET HIM BE ALONE FOR THE SAKE OF EVERYBODY'S SAFETY...

Sans - ATK 2 DEF 1
After the player reset their save due to Sans unnatural behavior, Sans (still remembering what he did due to it not being a true reset) started to become paranoid of the idea that the human would come back and try to do the same thing again, however when he tried his plan yet again he just happened to be stopped by his own brother who noticed how off-putting he was acting, due to this Sans acts more and more terrified the closer the human gets to the end but is unable to do anything due to Papyrus' insistence on making sure Sans doesn't do anything he might regret.
But.. Maybe there's still a chance?

PAPYRUS - ATK 20 DEF 20
After the player reset their save due to Sans unnatural behavior, Papyrus somewhat remembered these weird "Nightmares" or "Deja Vus" of Sans killing him and because of it decided to check up on him to tell about it, however instead he happened to bump into Sans awake unusually early, not only was this suspicious but also a great time to actually use his diary for something. After the incident with Undyne however Papyrus had promised to always be with Sans so something like that could never happen again.
