Yes, that's basically it. Blue Dynamo can fly and possesses the power of a blue star which he channels through the stones on his bracelets to shoot blue solar energy. He is the team's everyman just trying to get by and meet a nice girl. He is a sci-fi and video game fan... More than was asked but what the hey!

I dig his pose, very dynamic!
However his right thigh bothers me a bit, I believe that the shading doesnΒ΄t really represent his muscles the way they should be.
However that might just be me
