I'd like to say very nice job on the request. It really captures the rubberhose style in a great way. Secondly, would I he able to make a request? The character I'm requesting is Ellie the Elephant and he can be found in my deviations. Overall, Great work on the request.

Hm. Well I think maybe give him a yellow and red striped suit to match his tie and his hat. Then May be give him a clipboard with taxes on in one hand and then in the other, a sword-like pencil. Kinda just base him off of a tax collector and maybe call it Taxing Troubles. You can edit the idea if you want, your choice.
