There are those rare cases - like last time - where they forget. This, however, is not the only reason why they try to make sure to keep an umbrella on them. We'll see the second reason in part 3! owo

I heard people in England always have an umbrella mostly because it is always raining. But wow interesting that Japanese people would keep umbrella just in case. Lol, America is like omg Japan can see the future. XD

Haha it's the same in Hong Kong. Though I think their reasoning is the acid rain over there in their big cities. So they'd rather have an umbrella even when it doesn't rain as opposed to being rained on by acid rain.

Oh, acid rain, that sound scary. o.o As for me, I always forget my umbrella so I just walk in the rain sometimes but I definitely won't want to walk under acid rain. That would be bad if I live in Hong Kong since I usually forget my umbrella.

Haha yeah. I actually like rain (unless it's too cold) but whenever I forgot my umbrella in Hong Kong people thought I was weird. Never forgot it in Japan though!
And acid rain isn't really acid, so don't worry too much. It's basically just polluted rain. In most places, rain really is just water. But in big cities, the rain is gross. But nothing more than gross. In Hong Kong they think it'll make ur hair fall out...but that's not true. XD
