Forming in 1751 T.C. a small group called "The 20 Archs" would be formed after the fall of the Eqo faction and both Inkling/Octarian nations going on their separate ways. Mostly resided in the Octarian nation, this small group is dedicated on reforming the age of the Emperor's ruling, asking for the purity of the Octarians.

After the fall of the empire rulings in 1042 T.C. both Octarians and Inkling nations would join forces and create an international relation, eliminating barriers and borders in hopes for a more peaceful world. One of the plan was allowing an organization called Eqo to govern and moderate power between these nations. However a lot of problem arise including scandals which lead to a huge revolt and the downfall of the project all-together.

Ever since both nations remain isolated and build back up their borders and develop their own cultures and identity.

During this period, The 20 Archs would take this as an advantage to rebuild the old emperor's power in hopes in forming a stronger governing power. Their mission is to hopefully overtake the Inklings, and possibly become the world's superpower. They believe that mixing between species and culture would stagger progress and having a mono-cultural group would increase progress.

However some regions of the Octarian nations would suffer some economic conflicts, leading to many people losing their jobs they once had when Eqo was around. As a result, many members of The 20 Archs would take advantage of this troubling time to spread their message and recruit new people. However as hard as they try, many disagree with their messages and would be heavily mocked. They can be easily identifiable with their sailor uniforms, along with their heavily decorated bus with the emperor's seal and insignia.
