"After a botched operation by the small division, an emergency meeting was held a selected few of the I.P.R. members. With their organization being shown to the public eye, they scramble to try and cover up the mess. A huge narrative being blasted of this organization being responsible on terrorizing the Octarians and their factions, thus crumbling relations on both nations and the possible war may be committed. In retaliation, they would use their remaining influence and power to take control of the city, and purge the group responsible on the failed operation. This would begin the big hunt and the end of an era for both Inklings and Octarians"
