"On 1:15 AM, an incident in the subway of Inkopolis would occur that would leave the nation in shock. The 20 Archs, an organization that's habited in the Octarian nation would disperse a small group to commit as much mayhem to bring tension on both nations. In the end, a number of people would fall under their attack and while the ones responsible were pinned during this event, it still leaves a lot of questions waiting to be answered. While both nations unfortunately have a number of tension between each other, and their relations slowly fading, the actions done by The 20 Archs only sped the process up even more."
