This is for the contest: ReBOOT!I missed this hawt energy vampire!
NOS-4-A2 R3B0RN
After being killed by the Wirewolf, he was fixed by his "minions" 8D
His hands can control robots and such, attaching with strings, like a puppet. He can also sucks energy while he is doing this from afar 8D
His mask is for disguise, his electric supply for him not to get hungry easily. His mask has a shape like a face of a bat.
He's taking his revenge, with style! 8D

I like it, very stylish. Though, I was wondering and please do not take offense, but did you use Myotismon/Vamdemon for reference art? I just see a vague resemblence when I look at the picture, such as the broach at his collar. and his 'rebreather' thing vaguely favors the bat-mask said digimon wears.
If that is not the case and you've never heard of Myotismon, then I apologize.

OMG i hade a dream about 3 days ago that Nos-4-a2 had been rebooted and that he could turn his tail into legs and he looked exactly like that exept for the color and the things on his arm's O.O
