Thanks everyone for the great comments. I guess I should tell you a little about this image: all the make-up is done by me in pre-production and the only thing that is edited in post are the eyes and some saturation of the make-up so it shows up better. My idea for this one was to be a little more on the pretty side because it was actually done for a friend so she had some input as to what she wanted the zombie to look like. as compared with some of my other zombies, she is fairly nice looking. This shoot was a lot of fun though, it was done in an empty Mansion in Montecito CA that is supposedly haunted but, we appeared to be the only ghouls there!
I started the Z Collection back in April and just recently finished it. This is my first zombie collection, but definitely not my last, but for now I'm working on another project that I'm just as excited about.

The eyes are the best part, the eyes you can see straight through to the walls in. BY GODS this is terrifying, and that model's pose is perfect.

Very well done, indeed. I love how much of a contrast there is in thie picture, with her white clothes and skin vs. the dark-rimmed eyes and wound on neck. The keyhole frame is a very potent element, it really adds to a kind of feeling of being trapped with her just outside your door.
Beautifully thought through and executed!

Nice, but you pretty much ripped off the idea of Joshua Hoffine and his photo "Keyhole".

This reminds me of that story I heard, about a hotel which had a room which wasn't working, so it was locked all the time. But one time, the couple in the room beside this room heard awful noises from the locked room, and the next day they decided to check it out, and looked through the keyhole. They saw nothing else than a married couple standing the opposite way, dressed in white, the furnitures were white, their skin was white, their hair was white, etc. That story popped up in my head when I saw this.
