I slaved over this for the past couple of weeks. There are 100 things I could say I hate but at the same time I am extremely proud of it. It's just that if I keep painting this I will probably rip my eyeballs out because it's been such a struggle.
The ear is too small, i know. The hair looks ridiculous, I know. This is a portrait of my friend, who is the most epic person in the entire world, so I tried to make him look as epic as possible. Seriously though, he is The Ronin. Don't mess with him.

The assignment was to take a black and white photograph and paint it in color.
Mediums used: Oil paint, sweat and blood.
