Thing is that the Emoji Movie is so outdated it will never be INdated. It's a fad like pogs or the Tiger Wrist games.

Family Guy also did a "What are Those" joke recently (Urgh) as well as Teen Titans Go featuring Twerking. And Nick's Promo's where they make Spongebob "Deal with it" and "Dang Drummer" make me want to bash my head against a wall.
