Made For; Paint.NET. May work in other programmes, I'm not entirely sure.My First EVER Tutorial
If you find anything wrong with this, please tell me so I can correct it.
If you find anything in here you do not understand, or need some more description, tell me and I would be more than happy to help.
So this is an insight to how I make my emotes, feel free to use, and to adapt if you want. But remember, you need to show me what you made with this tutorial, Because I wanna se it
It might not be in the right catagory, but it was because for some reason the pixel art tutorial catagory is "currently closed for submissions"

I have a question: How do u even set the transparency level? I don't see the command in Paint.Net...

in the one where you have to shade white. I'm confused about the transparency level and which hue goes where

Aha well if you already have the colours window open, you need to expand it with the arrow, then set the bottom one (I think)to however transparent you want!
