DOWNLOAD: gum.co/sp_ceI wanted to make really minimal clock for myself. Hope you like it.
Please tell me if your theme doesn't work/look properly in the comments.
HELP: You can change color and size of this skin by editing it's .ini file's lines "Color=FFFFFF" and "Scale=1.5". You can also change border size by editing "StrokeWidth=0" line. By default SP_CE has 0px border.

You can copy whole rainmeter clock as a new and try to add/subtract hours from hour variable.

FFFFFF is a hex color code, use some webpages to generate color codes and put them there. RRGGBB - R is Red, G is Green, B is Blue in hexadecimal (minimal value is 00, max is FF).
