Although, he doesn't need the exercise. Being a cyborg -- and a reality bender at that -- he can pretty much lift anything.
He just needs it to test his inner mechanisms. Making sure they're in top-notch.
The last thing he wants is a jamming limb while driving.
This is also supposed to be some muscle anatomy practice for me -- understanding their positions and shapes.
Ralphy's a good model cause, he's a pretty buff guy being a basketball player before cyborg-ized
