Oddly enough medieval art and as well as accounts of the general medieval Europeans assumptions that migratory geese emerge from barnacle that are stuck to driftwood tree.When in reality the geese simply migrate away from Europe
But in my world I'm building out (Tera_prime) barnacle trees are not actual living plants nor are they even a species of plant at all. The tree you see in the drawing is a sun-bleached coastal dead tree.The barnacles hanging from the dead tree are highly evolved eggs with the dangling "neck" of the barnacle eggs are evolved thick embryonic sacks,that stick the egg to the dead tree, upon hatching the new born Barnacle Goose jumps in the ocean to clean the thick embryonic mucus on itself. .... .... .... .... .More info on my Barnacle Geese creation when i post more art related to the Barnacle tree or the goose itself
