For this, I had to change the armband on his right arm from orange to blue, and darken the second arm,band on the left arm so there was just the one. Then I had to use a clone tool to get rid of a small backpack he had below his right arm,, and the strap he had around the right side of his body.

I still haven’t figured out 17’s reason for joining the Brotherhood. I just saw his attire in Dragon Ball FighterZ and I thought he’d look cool, so I thought I’d make him a member.
