why would you use that ability? at best you'd break even. otherwise it's awesome.

The ability lets you use two force to RETRIEVE two force from lost pile if you win. So your paying for the chance to get force from your lost pile back into your play deck. It actually is a very useful ability during a game. Any card that can help in getting cards back from lost pile is valuable, allows you to forestall your own defeat. This is kinda based of the Firgrin Dan ability only a bit more powerful if i remember, but as always the potential gain has a equal or greater potential loss.
