So yeah i made a sketch on Photoshop! Now how should I continue it? I dont know how to paint in PS or how to do lineart because i suck balls at it!So if any of you is an expert or just, you know, is wise at it, TELL ME!!! I NEED YOUR HELP! NOW! NOW NOW NOW!!!!
Anyhow ill finish it as soon as i find out how to continue this shite! :3 COMMENT AND GET ME TUTORIALS! >:C

Hmmm i plan on doing a photoshop tutorial soon on how i color my pokemon.... perhaps you should keep an eye out on my page for it, dont know when itll be done, im on my finals week here in school so itll take some time but it could help, i have a line art tutorial already... which could give you a head start...
but its up to you, im sure if you just jumped on in and practices im sure youd do rather wll judging from the drawing itself

its all personal preference really, just cuz a tutorial says do something a certain way doesnt mean you have to do it exactly that way, finding your own way helps you find your own style.... play with it...

You need to color it before it can be submitted, but the outline looks fantastic and cute!
Luckily, I do use Photoshop, so I'll try to help. Is the Pokemon sketches on the Background layer or not? If the sketch is on its own layer above the background, you can start using brushes to color behind it. If this is just a one layer sketch, you can get the brush tool, lower the opacity, then color over the Pokemon.

Well like I said, you could always drawing a thicker/more precise layer above it. That's what I do.
