"When I was 12 I learned what true love is. My father explained very softly that it was the act of finding the one who was created to match with you; Your soulmate.
And so, I began to search. I met a lot of people and made a lot of friends. I fell in love a few times, and had my heart broken many times. But in the end I never found the one created for me.
Years passed. The search consumed me. I thought of nothing else. I feared that if I didn't find what I was looking for, I might die out waiting.
A year ago I found him. My match. My soulmate.
Its been a year since and everything is perfect, happy, fantasy-like. My father said it felt like someone ripping out your heart, only to hold it and cherish it. He was right, and I loved ever second of it.

And yet, the things that terrorized me did not vanish. My soulmate was at my side, yet the world wasn't perfect.

And so, I returned to my father and explained my predicament. He smiled sadly to me and sighed. I'll never forget what he said to me next. "No, my love. Your soulmate does not make your terrors vanish. He cannot make your world perfect. Yet fear not. God made him for you, and you for him; if there is an answer to your terrors, it lies within your love. <3"
