I forgot to compliment you not including Angelina Jolie. I know she'd look great in those battle suits but she's too obvious a choice and used used far, far too often as a model or inspiration.
Casting real people as fictional characters is fun.

I think Angelina is very beautiful and is actually a pretty good actress but she's so overexposed and on top of that she's just strange. Not that some of the rest of our cast aren't; maybe I just don't know as much about them.

You are so right. Angelina Jolie is overexposed and strange. As far as I know your other choices of actresses are fairly normal. Catherine Bell is a Scientilogist. I'll refrain from comment on that.

I was just wondering if you could find a place in this movie for Penelope Cruz. I think she'd be an awesome addition and it doesn't matter if she's a heroine or a villian.

We actually thought about her for Hope. I am not a huge Penelope fan but I liked her in the recent Pirates movie. There were really a lot of names we tossed around. I really love Salma Hayek and thought about her for Hope, Chastity, and the Temptress but she's just way too tiny. I think Julianne Moore would be perfect for Pru but she's about 20 years older than Prudence. I still think she's gorgeous (not to mention a great actress!), though, and if I look half that good 15-20 years from now I will be walking on air.

Beyond the obvious I never had a lot of interest in Penelope Cruz until the Pirates movie. She totally captivated me. It was also interesting to see a movie were the leading man wore about three times as much makeup as the leading lady. Then again she doesn't need much. A huge poster of Pirate Penelope in the lobby of my local theatre convinced me to go see the movie. She makes such a beautiful and sexy pirate.

I thought she was quite good in the movie, which I really liked overall. I loved the first one, didn't care much for the middle two, and thought this one really got the series back on track.

With a cast like that this movie would set box office records.
Lots of teenage boys under 17 would be sneaking in to see it and hiding the DVD under their beds. I'd certainly be there
opening night! Kate Beckinsale, Charlize Theron and Scarlett Johannson all in the same movie could be dangerous to my health but I'd happily risk it!
