Pretty impressive. I gather the current Leopard Mk II is one of the top tanks out there. Very nice!

yeah, Though the leopard 2's on top are certainly not the main export models (like usual with exports) they are lacking critical technology (just look what happened to the first Turkish Leos that went into syria)

So do you think the new Leopard Mk 2A7Plus they just sold to Hungary isn't quite what it could be. The gov't and media there are saying it's just the thing. Would that be a bit of propaganda? I mean, you do expect people to hang on to the best for themselves. I understand the Turkish Leos were missing some anti-asymmetric stuff.

I'm not one to say on the Newest of the New, but from what I hear and see...it looks okay, maybe not as good as the German or Mainline NATO variants, but definitely adequate for most uses Hungary might have
