Not being one for tatoos myself (fine on other people never really seen myself as sporting one) I think it would make an excellent shirt design or logo!
Would you consider calling it a wyvern though? My malformed memory struggles to suggest that dragons have four limbs.

that is awesome! it captures the essence of celtic and tribal design.
i am enthralled by the wings and the link between the various aspects of the dragon.
haha! on odd side-note, have you noticed that the dragon also looks vaguely like a sea-horse? strange that..
the feathered appearence of the wings is really pleasing, and it graduates from the larger feathers to the smaller ones wonderfully.
truly, this would be an accomplished tattoo, and is a brilliant piece of inking, there is so much detail in it.
what we need to get you now is a proper scanner to show the work in all its glory.
