My, oh my... There's so much I have to say about this:

First off, I'm so happy at how this turned out. The Emeralds, Shadow... You know, it isn't easy for me to draw a Sonic Character from the full front like that. I love how Shadow turned out. And I love even more how well his hands came out this time around. I also really love how the Chaos Emeralds came out too. They're so shiny

I wanted to do something new and I added an extra touch, attempting to make it look like Shadow was in mid-transformation to Super Shadow (or Hyper Shadow as I like to call him sometimes). I used the smudge tool to get the different color shades right and keep them blended together properly to prevent them from just looking like stripes. And that came out very well too

The actual sketch took all day yesterday, and this painting itself took the course of a whole day. But it still came out very nice as I pictured. And for a good cause too:
It's 's birthday today and I wanted to give her something very special. So I really hope you like it Missyuna
