Contest entry for AprilSilverWolf ! For it you had to design a personal crest, it's a really cool idea and it's kinda sad not many people entered.

So, um, my entry is kinda a mess... it looks really different and I'm not sure that's a good thing, but here's what it symbolizes:

Colors:

The green represents when I do and say things playfully for fun or jokingly. The blue debating things and discussing opinions and such, more teal being in a more playful way. Purple being serious and thinking about how to deal with problems and such. Now that I think of it, I added way too much green, I'd say I'm mostly blue... Could have added a little more purple as well. Also the silver represents needing to be slowly and painfully purified by life... I'm on my way... could have made the silver a bit more dirty I guess.. :'3

Sort of unstable looking ground above ice spikes:

So... the ground by the pond/puddle with the cat, you could probably walk on it without it collapsing,but if you did certain things to cause it to collapse I won't just let you destroy me, I will fight back, you'll be falling on sharp ice.

Shaded eyes:

A lot of people don't understand me. I can see it from how they talk, they think they do, but clearly don't. It feels like wearing sunglasses, they can't see where I'm looking or my full expression, they often just assume.
A lot of times I feel like I can see what they are aiming for when doing things, they usually display themselves more, so it can be pretty obvious. It can get aggravating because they say I don't understand what they're going through or how it feels, but I've felt it and been through it too, I don't think it happens a whole lot, but still. A lot of people seem to think I think like them and they think everyone should see the world the way they do.

Puddle/pond of water stuff & shells:

The water represents things like very good books and movies that I love. When I discover a really cool intriguing book or something and I really get into it and feel super connected to it, it's amazing. I start obsessing over it, it just makes me so happy to think about, even after I finish the book or whatever it is the adventure doesn't end, it's still fun to think and talk about and I'm able to make all sorts of jokes about it, things I notice and find funny, sometimes even making fun of it if something could have been done better. I'd come up with the sea where I collect shells from being things like these some time ago, actually. The shells being interesting things I found from them and jokes about it and that kind of thing. Some of the shells are painted, that representing the things these inspire me to make and do, and it's not just fan art/characters, they inspire me for a lot of things... Mintality, oof, it amazing, trust me.. sort of long story but It's fun to create a story slimier to the book or whatever it is but.. different heh.. didn't do it with all these though... still was/is fun.) .
I really keep wanting to shove my shells in people's face because they are so interesting. ;-;
So yee, the water is stuff I took from the sea and the shells stuff I found... also I almost always talk to people who don't know what I'm talking about said things, it's hilarious when they try to play along. X3
And the waterfalls are water coming from somewhere else that I'm collecting, figured I'd point that out...

Mushrooms:

Mushrooms are relateable. They have a lot of underground stuff that a lot of people don't get to see. The network of roots symbolizes how I make all sorts of connections to seemingly random things in my mind, how things can remind me of very different things but it makes sense to me that it would connect. When I have an obsession I can find connections to it almost everywhere, usually not even intentionally. Don't call me or the things I say random because they are n o t. The connections I make may be obscure and far out or have to do with inside stuff you don't understand, but I assure you pretty much everything I say is connected to something relevant.

Cat:

I love cats very deeply, but more then that I can also relate to them. While every cat is different, I can relate to a lot of typical cat traits such as doing things simply to get a reaction and amuse myself. (Nothing mean that would likely get a negative reaction and hurt someone of course! More playful and experimental...) Also they are uselessly introverted/selectively social and have times when they just want people to leave them alone. (I'm so sorry Anna, I know I don't always leave right away when you want to be left alone, to be fair you don't to me ether, though I uselessly enjoy your company all the time. ;u; <3)
Also they curious.

Puzzle:

I love puzzles and riddles and mysteries and such and wish I had more of them. I'd like to think of myself as a puzzle, I drop a lot of hints to different small things about me a lot, though people usually don't seem to connect it or even try to. Sometimes I wish certain people would figure things about me out without me just telling them and it's fun to be mysteries sometimes, but of course some things I don't want some people or anybody to figure out. Theeeen there are those times I'm at war with myself and a part of me wants them to figure it out or at least try but a part of me doesn't. :'3

Luna moths:

They represent memories and the past. There where lots of them at a place I used to live... They're at the bottom because I haven't really been exploring my past lately...

The quotes are from Five by Sleeping At Last (www.youtube.com/watch?v=6g82jW… ). I can very much relate to almost every quote from that song, but chose the first few lyrics because they seemed to fit.
ALSO can I just say that that song has the most amazing and beautiful instrumental I've ever heard? Seriously go listen to it, it's perfect. ;u; Probably my all time favorite song.

I feel like I'm forgetting something.
