Personality: Highly resembles that of a five year old child. He's cocky, and kind of an asshole sometimes, but deep down even he faces demons. His attitude hides a dark past, and in the end, he's ashamed of who he was.
Backstory: During the chemical warfare era on Cybertron, Megatron insisted on creating a new line of warriors to do battle against the Autobots. These drones were programmed emotionless, mute and incredibly smart in the field of combat. However, during a laboratory accident, Shockwave mistakenly knocked over a container of an energon component that melted into the drones' intake tubes, and soon they began to develop personalities. But before their debut on the battlefield, Megatron scrapped the project, realizing what had happened. He destroyed them all, bursting into the laboratory and tearing the drones apart, before leaving he doused the area in chemicals and set it on fire.

In a flashback the boy had later, that peculiar scar on his throat became a memory he couldn't escape, remembering the brutal mauling of his brothers and Megatron's vicious attempt to render him mute forever, as the warlord carved an M into his voicebox because he was the only drone to beg for mercy....

There was an explosion, and Optimus Prime got word that there were possible Autobot Casualties. He wandered through the wreckage, searching for any signs of life when he came across the 'corpse' of a Cybertronian who's faction symbol had been worn off. Believing him to be an Autobot, Optimus brought the boy to a secret triage facility below Iacon's famous Tempora Square and watched patiently as Red Alert attempted to fix the beaten mech.

Stellar cycles passed, and finally the boy awoke from stasis to find himself in the hands of the Autobots. But the bot, who couldn't even answer as simple a question as"what is your name" refused any more treatment and left, thanking the team for their time and then disappearing into the night.

2 solar cycles later the bot found himself again questioning who he was, and what he was, he made his way to Blurr's bar, where he made some friends and even a few enemies.

The bot came to call himself Remix, and soon after joined up with Optimus and Team Prime on Earth, as Autobot Chief Surveillance officer, and master of music

Remix always seems to be the life of the party. But he constantly has nightmares and flashbacks to his days as a Decepticon. With each passing moment his life as a simple droid becomes more and more clear to him. To the point where he remembers the Cons using injured Autobots as target practice. He has never told anyone about his memories, and he tries his best to push them away.

Remix is my man, my home skillet, my precious cinnamon roll and I love him.
