Indeed! There was also a forgotten plot about Miko's little toys attached to her belt becoming Deception spies, there are a lot of plots I would pay good money to see.
I feel like if Sierra had ended up being Silas' daughter Optimus would have been caught in the middle of things, rather than Arcee because of the price on his head created by MECH. If Sierra had intentionally seduced Jack I have a feeling Optimus would have put himself first to save Jack, and maybe even worse, if Sierra hadn't known about her father's work or Jack's friendship with the Autobots the episode would have had a very dark turn.
