A brand new Robot Master. One to add to the Robot Master Select Screen. This is Blitz Man, the fastest Robot Master ever. (Faster than Quick Man)Name: Blitz Man
Attacks: Blitz Slide, Thunder Attack, Lightning Blast, Thunder Strike
Ultimate Attack: High-Volt Dash
Weakness: Great Quake
Quote: Shocking, isn't it?
Location: Electrical Facility
Weapon Get: Blitz Slide (While sliding, Megaman is covered in electricity, making him untouchable and dangerous for any ground enemy. Blitz Dash will also come in handy when there are things to powerup)
Mega's Color: Yellow and Black

Faster than Quickan, eh. Let see how good he is agains some traps and Speedfly.

The thing is that Speedfly is Ninjask who are fastest Pokemon and some traps can trip him over and Speedfly can hit him many times with Fury Cutter or uuse Pokemon logic and use Dig. Opional Slash and Leech Life can help out

The jagged edges on his armor are subtle, but effective, and do I detect a reference to Spark Man with the arcs of electricity on his sword and antenna? Neat.
