Listened: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyieFu… , especially Honour of the Samurai . ^^Some Copic practice again, yay.
What do you think about Tri Force Heroes?
Honestly I must say it's one of the weirdest Zelda games I've ever played. It could even beat Majora's Mask. Almost, but I think Majora's Mask is a little more weird than Tri Force Heroes. XD Somehow it's a nice game, but I'd like to get some answers for some questions:
Is it really placed after ALBW in the timeline? And why are there three Heroes? (Dunno about you, but I always thought they were all Links like in Four Swords. Could they have something to do with the goddesses...?) What place is Hytopia and how has Link got there? Is it somewhere near Hyrule?
Perhaps I'm just thinking too much...
The background is a bit random, it looked too empty without anything there.
Time: About 4 hours.
Used: Pencil (2H) for sketching, Japanese Pilot brush ink pen, Copic and Copic Neopiko Markers.
I didn't have that much Copics, but luckily I have enough for getting new colours by blending them. So I improvised a little on the dress. For the violet part only I used:
Copic Ciao Royal Blue B28
Copic Ciao Lapis Lazuli B18
Copic Ciao Pale Aqua BG000
Copic Ciao Lavender V06
Copic Ciao Skin White E00
Copic Neopiko Y 508
Copic V09 Violet
Copic C6 Cool Gray No. 6

Never played Tri Force Heroes before, but I can safely say its somewhat different in comparison to the other Zelda games.
As for Princess Styla, she is indeed one of the most stylish in her Kingdom. But she wasn't the first Princess to bear a curse nor the last.
Back in Zelda II: The Adventures of Link, Princess Zelda ended up bearing a curse that put her to sleep, for the only way Link can break the curse was to get the full Triforce, a much more powerful curse compared to the one Princess Styla bared. (Its worth noticing that Link in the decline era saved not one but two different Princess Zeldas, the one who bared a curse back in Zelda II and the other who was captured by Ganon before she split the Triforce of Wisdom in eight pieces).
Either way, you do really well drawing her

Yeah, honestly Tri Force Heroes feels more like a game to ease players' wait for BotW, but, despite it's strange gameplay it's quite fun if you play with random online fellows or IRL friends, though there was only two of us but 3 consoles, sometimes one person had to play with two 3DS at the same time, slightly complicated but worked, other than some bosses. lol Alone it's not worth it, sadly...
Yeah, I'm not so familiar with Zelda I and Zelda II timeline, though I've heard some thing about there being two Zeldas. X'D

That I'll have to keep in mind for sure, and indeed it be fun with other players
If given the chance, I suggest looking into the two Zelda games I mentioned about since your not so familiar with them. Its worth pointing out that Zelda II: The Adventures of Link served as the "black sheep" of the series, and that was back in the late 1980s. As for the first Zelda game is what really started the franchise, taken for granted both games are known for high difficulty but fun to play, especially once you manage to figure them out

Thank you so much!
I was a bit mistrustful that it'd look too dark or too blue, but actually I like the way it is now.
That Japanese brush ink pen is so much fun to play around. It makes it a lot easier to draw elegant lines with different thicknesses. I guess that's why I'm in inking stuff again, other beign the Inktober. :'D

You are welcome!
Hmm... the scan might be a bit dark, but I don't think the drawing itself is
I can imagine! I've never tried a Japanese brush pen, but that's probably because I never give lineart a try It sounds like a perfect tool for that. It looks great, use it moaaaar please!

Ihanan pullean sait tosta mekosta.
Pitäis vaivautua pelaamaan tääki loppuun, haha. Sain elinikäiset traumat ku alettiin systerin kanssa tätä pelailemaan joulua. Periaatteessa erittäin hämmentävä parodia koko sarjasta. En tiiä pitäiskö itkee vai nauraa, joten taidan tehdä molemmat xD
Mutta siis
Hienoa työtä

Siihen tähtäsin! ^^
XD
No älä muuta sano. Samat sanat.
Kiitoksia.

Mainiosti onnistuit.

Aaah beautiful work. Thinking I'll have to make Styla the subject of one of my works soon.
I wouldn't overthink the game too much, Nintendo always focuses on gameplay first and story second. Definitely not my favorite game in the series though, but I do love the art style and the fashion theme.

Aww thank you so much! ^^
Yeah. It's not my favourite game either, but I must say Nintendo has managed to try something complitely new in a Zelda game. Not sure is it good or bad. Also it was nice to see WW style Link in ALBW style. I find the fashion theme weird at first but I think it's somehow okay now. The boss is propably the worse thing in the whole game. XD

Muistuttaa Princess Zelda, Mutta tämän voin sanoa melkein uudestisyntynyt Princess Zelda. Hieno piirrustus.
