Media Control by (Forgive me for making more of them)

Download (she) is a friendly and fairly social Control and Upload's double. Has no real abilities of her own, so she can "download" another Control's abilities if needed. Has two blades (which she can literally take out of thin air) to fight with.

Upload (she/they) is a mute Control that can speak through telepathy, but will mainly do it for Download and rarely for others. Has no hands, so she depends on her scarf-arms (which can stretch to a limit). Upload can "upload" an ability Download has downloaded to herself, so they can both have the ability.

Both have a strong sister relationship and tend to get along with Loadings fairly well.
