Description
It had been 66 million years since the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction event had wiped out the dinosaurs, and the Hyperclon Continent had been born in the middle of the North Atlantic. It was a continent that had been hidden in plain sight for centuries until it was discovered by Christopher Columbus when he attempted to sail to India this way only to find out from one of the Hyperclons that spoke Spanish that he had landed on another continent, called Hyperclonia (In this timeline, he does not land on Hispaniola), and he was given a different route around the continent, going on to still rediscover America (Which had been discovered by Leif Erikson 400 or so years prior). Within the Hyperclonia continent, the Hyperclons had built their own society in the hidden depths of the continent.

The Hyperclons are gray-skinned creatures that are the embodiment of Hypercanes, an extreme form of Tropical Cyclones/Hurricanes/or Typhoons. They were humanoid in form and were loyal and supportive to their leader, Emperor Kentrin, a Catholic.

The Hyperclons had created a society that is based on the ideals of fairness, equality, and justice. Communism and Socialism had no place in the Hyperclon Empire, as the population knew of the horrors that those ideologies could bring, as evident by Karl Marx's rise and the rise of the Soviet Union, the People's Republic of China, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia (Which became a Kingdom again years later). Trotsky managed to escape to Hyperclonia, and was granted asylum, though he was informed Communism and Socialism were completely prohibited and banned due to the ideology's extremity, and allowed to stay on the condition he doesn't try to pull anything. Later on in 1940, Hyperclon agents captured a human who had found out about Trotsky's location (Ramón Mercader).
Using intense interrogation, and having searched him and found an ice axe, he confessed. He was sentenced to 19 years and 8 months in prison in the Hyperclon Empire (Like in real life in Mexico), and later exiled to the Communist Republic of Cuba. He later died in 1978 in Havana. Leon Trotsky (In this timeline) died in 1982 at the age of 103.
In the aftermath of the attempted assassination (In my universe, Leon Trotsky survives, obviously), Emperor Kentrin ordered Joseph Stalin's assassination, which took place in April of 1948 (Stalin dies 5 years earlier than in Real Life).

This caused an undeclared war between the Soviet Union and the Hyperclon Empire. The Soviets made several attempts to nuke the Empire once they developed their own Nuclear Weapon, however, all of their rockets were destroyed before they could hit the Hyperclonia continent. This officially ended with the signing of a treaty, shortly before the USSR dissolved in 1991.

The Hyperclons are a people who valued hard work, dedication, and justice. In their society, no one was better than the other and everyone was treated equally. Emperor Kentrin was a fair ruler, rewarding those who worked hard and punishing those who tried to take advantage of the system. Of course though, mostly all Hyperclons supported him, so crime was extraordinarily rare.
The Hyperclons had created a society that was self-sustaining. They had developed their own technology and were able to do feats that no one else in the world could. They had developed their own form of energy that allowed them to power their entire continent, and their inventions were far beyond what anyone else had been able to create.

The Hyperclon Continent is a safe haven for its citizens. It was a place where they could live in peace and harmony, without the fear of outside forces coming in and disrupting their lives. They had created a place for themselves where they could live in comfort and security, and it was a place that they were proud to call home.
