Nadine Milosovici and Sansone Rao about to bust some people up. Two new mobsters. Nadine is currently a higher up in Thyst's Insurgo faction, and obsessed with him. Thyst sets her out to control the other bosses he wants to blackmail, like Rao. Rao is a former Yakuza-gang boss (no name for it yet, gotta think of some cool japanese name, derp) I'm assuming he risked his life and betrayed the other gang to be in the Insurgo.
